Our Appointment Book is Full!
As at 29th November, we advise that because our appointment book is full for the remainder of the year, we won't be able to take any more new patient appointments this year. At this stage, it's unlikely that we will be able to accept requests for appointments until the second half of January. It's a very busy time of the year and we regret that we will simply cannot take on any more patients due to existing commitmemts. Please keep an eye on this page for updates.

We have been advised that non fusion stabilisation devices, including the Wallis implant, were removed from the Prostheses List from July 2008 on the advice of of the Spinal Prostheses Clinical Advisory Group. This means that the costs of the Wallis implant are no longer covered by private insurance. You can find out more about this Commonwealth government decision at http://www.health.gov.au/internet/main/publishing.nsf/Content/health-privatehealth-prostheseslist.htm
